At K-Pop Time, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, sealed packaging. Please note that opened albums and mystery boxes are ineligible for return due to the collectible nature of the inclusions.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, includes all original components like photocards and posters, and is within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in a sturdy box with plenty of padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service and wait 5-7 business days after arrival for our team to process your refund or exchange.
