Are your albums and merchandise official?

Yes, all our albums and merchandise are 100% official and sourced directly from South Korea. Purchases made at K-Pop Time also count towards the HANTEO and GAON charts.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that processing time can take 1-3 days before your order is dispatched.

Will my album come with a pre-order benefit (POB)?

Pre-order benefits are included only for orders placed during the pre-order period, while supplies last. These are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

We accept returns for damaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video showing the damage clearly from the moment the package was sealed.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once a tracking number is generated, we can no longer cancel the order.
